The May 18, 2023 Planning Board meeting will be a public hearing to discuss modifications to the Subdivision and Site Plan Review Regulations and the Planning Board Rules of Procedure

The amendments to Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations require a mandatory, non-binding preliminary consultation with the Planning Board for subdivisions with 4 or more lots and site plans that are over 20,00 square feet of construction of land disturbance, involve a wetland crossing, or expand existing operations. The amendments to the Rules of Procedure are to include procedures that are required by the State RSAs. 

The amendments are available for review at Town Hall.
